📌 Bookings & Booking Fee

• •By paying a booking fee the Client agrees to these T&Cs in full.
• •A non-refundable booking fee of £35 is required at the time of booking.
• •Dates are not secured until the booking fee has been paid. This fee covers admin time and holding your date. The fee will be deducted from your total balance.
• •All bookings are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
• •The outstanding balance is due 10 days before your event date (unless agreed otherwise in writing).

❌ Cancellations by the Client

If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellation charges are applied to cover lost work. If the client cancels:

• •More than 30 days before the event: Booking fee retained only (no further payment required).
• •10–29 days before the event: 50% of the total fee is payable. The booking fee already paid will be deducted from this amount.
• •Less than 10 days before the event: 100% of the total fee is payable. The booking fee already paid will be deducted from this amount.
• •If payment is not made, we reserve the right to recover costs through lawful means.

🌧️ Cancellations by Us

• •If we have to cancel (due to illness, emergencies, etc.), we’ll give as much notice as possible. You’ll receive a full refund of any booking fee and balance paid if a replacement artist cannot be arranged.
• •If a specific artist becomes unavailable, we’ll do our best to provide a suitable replacement.

🎈 Private Birthday Party Bookings

These terms apply specifically to private birthday parties:

• •Party Package Duration: Our standard package is up to 2 hours. Longer packages can be arranged on request.
• •Breaks: For bookings over 90 minutes, a short break will be taken.
• •Parking & Access: Please ensure a parking space or easy access for unloading equipment.
• •Outdoor Parties: Adequate shelter must be provided to protect from sun, wind, or rain.
• •Children’s Safety: Children under 3 years old, or unable to sit unaided, may not be painted. Participation is at the artist’s discretion for safety reasons.
• •Cancellation by Client: See our main Cancellation Policy above.

🖌️ Health & Safety

• •We use only professional, cosmetic-grade face paints and glitters. If you are concerned about allergies, we’re happy to carry out a patch test before painting. Participation is at the client’s own discretion.
• •For safety and hygiene reasons, we will not paint anyone who is under 3 years old or unable to sit unaided; has contagious skin conditions, open wounds, cold sores, or conjunctivitis; or appears unwell or unwilling to be painted.
• •The artist may also refuse designs considered offensive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

🎉 Event Arrangements

• •We will arrive in time to set up and will leave at the agreed finishing time.
• •If outdoors, the client must provide shelter to protect from sun, wind, or rain.
• •For longer events, a short break will be taken after every 90 minutes of continuous work.
